用途：这是一个 Ping Identity 的资源站点地图技能。当用户处于定向模式（如“我该从哪开始”“我需要哪个 Ping 产品”“我们在评估”“从某平台迁移”）时，应先于任何其他 Ping 技能使用。它只告诉智能体什么资源能满足需求（哪个门户、文档站、代码库、市场或控制台），不展开任何资源内容、不引用配置细节，也不复制文档；由智能体选择可用工具并直接从资源获取信息。
主要能力：
- 平台识别：按最具体的信号匹配。含“PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud”“AIC”“identity cloud”“PingAM”“IDM”时属 PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud（AIC）私有租户；裸“PingOne”“apps.pingone.com”“auth.pingone.com”“PingOne environment”属 PingOne 多租户云；含“PingFederate”“PingAM”“PingIDM”“PingAccess”“PingDirectory”“PingDS”“PingAuthorize”“on-prem”“self-managed”时属 Ping 软件套件。平台未知时应询问：“Are you working in PingOne, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC), or on-premises software?”
- 强制澄清：对于未指明平台的裸用户管理命令（如“Add a user to Ping”“Create a user in Ping”），必须先澄清平台，因为 PingOne、AIC、PingFederate、PingDirectory、PingDS 的用户群体各自独立，不得默认 PingOne。
- 通过 URL 识别平台：console.pingone.com 为 PingOne；admin.pingone.com 为 PingOne for Enterprise (P14E)；openam-.id.forgerock.io / openam-.forgeblocks.com 为 AIC；https://self-service.<customer>.<region>.ping.cloud 为 PingOne Advanced Services；https://<host>:9999/pingfederate/app 为 PingFederate。
