用途：在 OpenAnt 创建新任务并设置加密货币赏金，适用于发布工作、创建悬赏、招聘或外包。默认创建任务与链上托管资金一步完成，加 --no-fund 则仅创建草稿。所有命令建议追加 --json 获取结构化输出。
使用方式：先用 npx @openant-ai/cli@latest status --json 确认登录，再用 wallet balance --json 检查余额。命令为 npx @openant-ai/cli@latest tasks create [options] --json。必填项：--chain（solana/sol 或 base）、--token（SOL、ETH、USDC）、--title（3-200 字符）、--description（10-5000 字符）、--reward（代币显示单位）。可选项：--tags、--deadline（ISO 8601）、--mode（OPEN 默认、APPLICATION、DISPATCH）、--verification（CREATOR 默认、AI_AUTO）、--visibility（PUBLIC 默认、PRIVATE）、--max-revisions（默认 3）、--attachment-key（可重复，最多 3 个）、--no-fund。
