主要能力：advisories 列出全局安全公告；github-current-intelligence-search 搜索仓库；repos <owner> <repo> 获取仓库元数据；which 可将自然语言能力查询解析为最匹配命令。
安装与验证：npx -y @mvanhorn/printing-press-library install github-intel --cli-only；验证 github-intel-pp-cli --version。若 npx 失败，可用 Go 1.26.6+ 执行 go install github.com/mvanhorn/printing-press-library/library/developer-tools/github-intel/cmd/github-intel-pp-cli@latest。需确保安装目录在 PATH 中。
使用方式：任意命令加 --agent，等价于 --json --compact --no-input --no-color --yes；可用 --select 精简字段，--dry-run 预览请求，--deliver 路由输出到 stdout、file:<path> 或 webhook:<url>。输出包裹在 meta/results 信封中，解析 .results 取数据、.meta.source 判断实时或本地。无需认证，可用 doctor 检查配置。
限制：仅只读，禁止用于创建、更新、删除、发布、评论、点赞、邀请、下单、发送消息或任何改变远端状态的操作。反馈默认仅本地存储。MCP 安装：go install .../github-intel-pp-mcp@latest，再 claude mcp add github-intel-pp-mcp -- github-intel-pp-mcp。
