用途：unslop-help 用于一次性显示 unslop 的参考卡，涵盖各模式、相关子技能、退出短语与配置。它不切换模式，也不写入标记文件，输出为普通说明文字而非 unslop 风格。
主要能力：列出模式及其触发与作用——subtle（/unslop subtle，轻量处理，保留长度与结构）、balanced（/unslop，默认，削减冗余、变化节奏、恢复语气）、full（/unslop full，强改写、重构、允许观点）、voice-match（/unslop voice-match，跟随给定语气样本）、anti-detector（/unslop anti-detector，对抗性改写以规避检测，仅在明确要求时使用）。模式会持续到更改或会话结束。
子技能：unslop-commit（/unslop-commit、/commit、“write a commit”，以人类语气写 Conventional Commits）、unslop-review（/unslop-review、/review、“review this PR”，直接而友善的 PR 评论）、unslop-file（/unslop-file <filepath>、“unslop this file”、“humanize memory file”，重写 markdown 文件去除 AI 痕迹并保留代码/URL/结构）、unslop-reasoning（/unslop-reasoning、“fix this chain of thought”、“clean up my reasoning”，去除思维链中的 AI 冗余推理模式）、unslop-help（本卡）。
使用方式：通过 /unslop-help 或“unslop help”触发。停用可用“stop unslop”或“normal mode”立即恢复，再用 /unslop 或任意模式标志恢复。
配置：默认模式为 balanced；可用环境变量 UNSLOP_DEFAULT_MODE=full 覆盖，或使用 ~/.config/unslop/config.json 中的 { "defaultMode": "full" }；设为 "off" 可完全禁用自动激活。解析顺序：环境变量 > 配置文件 > balanced。
