用途：为 Copilot Studio 的 YAML 编写提供参考表，覆盖触发器、操作、变量、实体、Power Fx 函数与模板，由作者与顾问预加载。
主要能力：列出核心文件类型（agent.mcs.yml、settings.mcs.yml、connectionreferences.mcs.yml、topics/.mcs.yml、actions/.mcs.yml、knowledge/.mcs.yml、variables/.mcs.yml、agents/*.mcs.yml）；触发器类型（OnRecognizedIntent、OnConversationStart、OnUnknownIntent、OnEscalate、OnError、OnSystemRedirect、OnSelectIntent、OnSignIn、OnToolSelected、OnKnowledgeRequested、OnGeneratedResponse 等，其中 OnOutgoingMessage 在 2026-03-15 不生效）；操作类型（SendActivity、Question、SetVariable、ConditionGroup、BeginDialog、SearchAndSummarizeContent 等）；连接器操作 TaskDialog 结构与输入类型；系统变量、变量作用域、预置实体；受支持的 Power Fx 函数清单；以及随插件捆绑的模板。
使用方式：连接器操作需在 connectionreferences.mcs.yml 中注册连接引用，可用 /add-action 创建；连接器具体输入输出需用 connector-lookup.bundle.js 查询。模板通过 ${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/../../templates/ 引用。
限制：Copilot Studio 仅支持所列 Power Fx 函数子集，使用未列出的函数会报错；部分 YAML 专属特性在 UI 中不可见，UI 编辑可能静默移除；OnOutgoingMessage 当前不触发，不应使用。具体收费、价格与平台信息暂未提供。
