用途：对分支差异进行本地代码审查，审查结果写入 stdout，不会向 GitHub 发布评论。
两种审查方式：
- exhaustive：依次经过 5 个聚焦审查视角（correctness、architecture、patterns、tests、pedantic），每个视角只关注自身维度；随后合并、去重并按严重程度排序后输出。其结构对应 pipelines/pr-review-exhaustive.dot，但无需 GHA attractor 运行时。
- prompt-shot：单遍五项检查（Necessity、Layer fit、Pattern、Correctness、Calibration），速度快，适合快速检查或较小 diff。
使用方式：直接说明要审查的内容，技能会进行定位并委派给 pr-review-agent。示例指令包括“Exhaustive review of my branch vs main”“Prompt-shot review — just the staged changes”“Quick review of feature/auth-refactor before I push”“Review the diff at HEAD vs origin/main, exhaustive”。技能本身不执行审查逻辑，全部审查在干净上下文的 pr-review-agent 委派中运行，调用形式为 delegate(agent="pr-review-agent", instruction="<review approach (exhaustive/prompt-shot) and diff scope>", context_depth="none")。
依赖与限制：delegate() 调用要求会话中已注册 pr-review-agent，即宿主应用已安装 app-actions bundle/behavior，而不仅是独立的技能文件；仅通过 npx skill add 安装本技能本身不会使委派生效。其他平台支持、收费与价格信息暂未提供。
