使用方式：用 npx agentcash@latest fetch 调用接口。拨打示例：npx agentcash@latest fetch https://stablephone.dev/api/call -m POST -b '{"phone_number":"+14155551234","task":"..."}'。必填 phone_number（E.164、仅 US/CA +1）与 task（最多 4000 字符）；可选 from、first_sentence、voice、max_duration（1-30 分钟，默认 5）、wait_for_greeting、record（默认 true）、model（base 或 turbo）、transfer_phone_number、voicemail_action（hangup、leave_message、ignore）、voicemail_message、metadata。完成后轮询 5-10 秒一次，可获 status、completed、answered_by、call_length、summary、transcript、recording_url、price。号码购买可选 area_code 与 country_code（US 或 CA），30 天过期可续期。iMessage 查询为异步 30-90 秒，先付 $0.05 拿 token 再轮询，token 60 分钟过期，同一号码约 1 小时内复用缓存。
适用场景：外呼确认/预约、语音留言、线索初筛并转人工、使用专用号码作为来电显示。
限制：DNC 号码返回 403，不要重试；号码仅限 US/CA +1；费用按资料所列，未提及其他计费或退款规则。
