用途：把一段口播原始素材（talking-head）端到端剪成竖屏 Short 或横屏 YouTube 长视频，成品落在 video-agent/edits/<slug>/final.mp4，同时生成 captions.srt、edit.json 和 post.md。
主要能力：本地免费运行，使用 Remotion（React 写视频、官方 TikTok 模板，含 whisper.cpp 词级时间戳语音转文字）、ffmpeg（检测与声音处理）。风格固定在 references/style.md，绘制代码在 references/remotion-short.md。支持钩子卡、callout、字幕、章节。
用法：先预检 node -v && ffmpeg -version && git --version；读取 video-agent/voice.md 确定语言与强调色（缺省英语与 #FFD400）。首次建工作室：git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/remotion-dev/template-tiktok video-agent/studio，cd 后 npm i，删除 .git。转录：cp 素材到 public/<slug>.mp4，运行 node sub.mjs public/<slug>.mp4 生成词级 JSON（改文本不改时间）。用 silencedetect 与 node 脚本生成剪切列表，剔除停顿、重拍与废起头。写 public/<slug>.edit.json 后先出静帧 QC（叠平台安全区），再 npx remotion render <comp> out/<slug>.mp4 --props=public/<slug>.edit.json。最后加音乐、用 loudnorm/ebur128 统一响度，交付 final.mp4、captions.srt、edit.json、post.md。
适用场景：竖屏短视频、Reels、TikTok，或完整横屏 YouTube 视频、教程、vlog。不使用 Remotion 时（如用 CapCut、Premiere，或公司超过 3 人需付费许可）可只做步骤 1–4，输出 cuts.md 或 ffmpeg 剪辑。
限制：whisper.cpp 会听错人名与术语；剪辑“好但不完美”，可能剪到呼吸或轻尾音；Claude 听不到素材，依赖时间戳与 silencedetect，音质差会变糟；安全区是各平台折中；Remotion 对个人、3 人以内公司和非营利免费，更大公司需公司许可。
