主要能力与规约：一份 repo 对应一个 runner 进程，以 <repo-slug> 标签从 workflow 指定 runner。命名上，<repo-slug> 为 GitHub 仓库名（kebab-case，如 gitdoc-v2、hacksaw-shop）；<label> 与 <repo-slug> 相同；<runner-name> 为 macstudio-<repo-slug>；config.sh 的 labels 为 self-hosted,macOS,ARM64,<repo-slug>；workflow 的 runs-on 必须写作 [self-hosted, <repo-slug>]。

检查要点：host 侧 runner 注册需先于 workflow merge；所有在 self-hosted 上运行的 job（含 reusable 内）都必须使用 runs-on: [self-hosted, <repo-slug>]；确认 runner 的 --labels 中含 <repo-slug>（Settings → Actions → Runners）；如需 cache 优化，检查是否存在同级技能的 bootstrap step。
限制：1 个 runner 进程同时只跑 1 个 job；同一 repo 内多个 job 在单台 runner 上会排队等待；不同 repo 各自独立进程时可并行（例如 gitdoc-v2 与 hacksaw-shop 同时 CI）。
