用途：通过公开的 Roundfix Baseline 命令族，在仓库中采纳（adoption）、更新（update）或校验 Context-Driven Baseline。首次采纳或恢复前，应先阅读持久操作契约 docs/user-guide/context-driven-development.md#adopt-or-update-the-context-driven-baseline。
主要能力与边界：Roundfix 二进制是 Baseline Profiles、仓库检查、Decision Plans、Change Plans、确认、应用、恢复与 Baseline 校验的唯一运行时权威；本技能只提供配方与解读，没有独立安装引擎或行为兜底。Baseline 管理声明的根块、setup 拥有的指南、首次采纳的根指令备份及 docs/agents/setup-context.json，保留受管边界之外的仓库自有字节。它从不安装应用或 Agent 依赖、不连接数据库或线上基础设施、不运行仓库的格式化/构建/测试/lint/迁移/校验命令、不跟随不安全链接或修改嵌套指令载体、不依据实现证据推断仓库策略、不允许 ACP 提案授权变更、不合并或加载用户级/远程 profile。
使用方式：已采纳仓库且存在兼容 Setup Manifest 时，用非交互的受管刷新路径：roundfix baseline update --repo . --format json；舰队批量审批同一次调用计算出的 Plan Digest 时加 --yes。交互终端下首次采纳、Profile 变更或首次决策，运行 roundfix baseline --repo . --format text。首次采纳或 Profile 变更的非交互规划使用 roundfix baseline plan --repo . --profile <profile-id> --decision-file <decision-file> --format json；--profile-file 与 --profile 互斥。应用已批准计划：roundfix baseline apply --repo . --plan <plan-file> --confirm-plan <plan-digest> --format json。Profile 查看与校验用 roundfix baseline profile show/validate；仓库自有 profile 通过 roundfix baseline profile init --id <repository-profile-id> --from <built-in-id> 创建，只存放在 .roundfix/baseline/profiles/<id>.json 并随仓库版本化。技能恢复用 roundfix baseline skills restore --repo . --profile <built-in-id> --skill <skill-name> --format json，预览非空时退出 3 且不写入。
适用场景：仓库 Baseline 的首次采纳、更新、Profile 变更、恢复与校验。
限制：不要仅凭规划就宣称采纳或更新完成，须要求 apply 退出码为 0 并检查 verifiedPostimages；应用后自行在 Baseline 之外运行所报告的格式化或校验建议；退出码 0/1/2/3/130 各有含义，需按 roundfix/baseline-result/v1 的 nextAction 处理。资料未提供收费、价格与平台信息。
