用途：面向 OpenClaw 的智能体与配置管理，覆盖创建智能体、配置 Telegram 机器人、设置消息路由绑定，并附带自动绑定与渐进式文档。
主要能力：一条命令创建智能体，自动添加 Telegram 机器人账号、注册智能体、配置绑定并备份配置；添加绑定（路由规则），支持按频道、账号及 peer（用户/群组/频道）路由；查看配置中的智能体、绑定与频道账号。核心概念包括智能体（独立工作区、会话与配置）、绑定（路由优先级：Peer > Guild > Team > Account > Channel > Default）、频道（telegram、whatsapp、discord、slack 等）。
使用方式：创建智能体：python3 scripts/create_agent.py <agent-id> <agent-name> <bot-token> [workspace-path]；添加绑定：python3 scripts/add_binding.py <agent-id> <channel> <account-id>，peer 级路由加 --peer-kind group --peer-id "120363999@g.us"；查看配置：python3 scripts/list_config.py。官方 CLI 包括 openclaw agents list、openclaw agents add <id> --workspace <path>、openclaw config get/set、openclaw gateway restart、openclaw gateway logs、openclaw doctor。模板位于 assets/，含 SOUL.md.template、AGENTS.md.template、USER.md.template，需替换 {{agent_name}}、{{agent_purpose}}、{{workspace_path}} 等占位符。
适用场景：多 Telegram 机器人对应多智能体、将特定群组路由到专用智能体、按账号或频道分流消息。
限制：配置采用严格校验，未知键会导致启动失败，类型错误与非法值会被拒绝，手动改配置后应运行 openclaw doctor；不要使用 agents.list[].channels 或 channels.telegram.accounts[].agent 字段，应改用 bindings。故障排查可检查绑定与智能体、查看日志、运行诊断或重启，配置校验错误可恢复备份并执行 openclaw doctor --fix。
