安全要求：发送前必须有明确收件人与消息文本，并在发送前确认收件人与内容；如有歧义先提问澄清。
备注与限制：存储目录为 ~/.wacli（可用 --store 覆盖）；解析时可用 --json 获得机器可读输出；回填需要手机在线，结果为尽力而为。JID 格式：直接聊天为 <number>@s.whatsapp.net，群组为 <id>@g.us，可用 wacli chats list 查找。其余细节暂未提供。
