用途：这是一个通过通用 message 工具操作 Discord 的技能，不向智能体暴露 Discord 专用工具，所有动作都需指定 channel: "discord"。
主要能力：发送与媒体发送（action=send，to 用 "channel:<id>" 或 "user:<id>"，可用 silent: true 抑制通知）；富 UI 使用 components v2（Carbon 组件实例），不要与 embeds 混用；旧版 embeds 仅在必要时使用。还支持 react、read、edit、delete、poll、pin、thread-create、search、set-presence 等动作。
使用方式：优先提供明确 ID，如 guildId、channelId、messageId、userId；多账号可用可选 accountId。面向消息的动作需 channelId（或 to）加 messageId。提及用户写作 <@USER_ID>。出站消息避免 Markdown 表格。
限制：受 channels.discord.actions.* 门控，roles、moderation、presence、channels 等部分默认关闭。components v2 存在时 embeds 被忽略；不能把 components 与 embeds 组合，Discord 会拒绝。具体权限与账号配置资料未提供。
