主要能力：将 codex-review 与 gemini-review 作为后台任务并行运行，按结果到达顺序即时处理；对每条建议进行批判性验证，若 Claude 不认同则与智能体辩论；对建议过滤、去重、验证后返回。健康检查与提示执行在单次调用中完成。
使用方式：由父技能 ln-310-story-validator 在 Phase 5 调用，不建议手动预检跳过。参数 review_type=storyreview，skill_group=311，prompt_template 为 shared/agents/prompt_templates/story_review.md，verdict_acceptable=STORY_ACCEPTABLE。输入 storyId 必填，解析顺序为：args → git 分支 feature/{id}-* → 看板中唯一处于 Backlog 的 Story → 询问用户。需读取 tools_config.md 获取 task_provider（linear 或 file），据此获取 Story 与子 Task 的 URL 或文件路径，并生成 .agent-review/{identifier}_storyreview_prompt.md 供两个智能体共用。
输出：verdict 为 STORY_ACCEPTABLE、SUGGESTIONS 或 SKIPPED；suggestions 含 area（security、performance、architecture、feasibility、best_practices、risk_analysis）、issue、suggestion、confidence、impact_percent、source 与 resolution（accepted、accepted_after_debate、accepted_after_followup、rejected），并附智能体统计与辩论日志。
适用场景：Story 与 Tasks 定稿、等待批准前的最终编辑性改进。
