用途：刷新 monorepo 根 blueprint 的 workspaces.children 注册表。它会遍历文件系统查找子级 docs/blueprint/manifest.json，读取其中存在的 feature-tracker.json，并将缓存的汇总统计写回根 manifest。
主要能力：写入 workspaces.role=root、discovery_strategy=auto-cache、last_scanned_at，并刷新 children[] 数组及 cached_stats（total、complete、completion_percentage、current_phase）。跳过 node_modules、.git、dist、build、target、.venv；不修改已有 feature-tracker 数据。
使用方式：在根目录执行 /blueprint:workspace-scan。参数：--dry-run 预览将写入的 JSON 且不做更改；--max-depth N 设置搜索深度（默认 4）。脚本调用示例：bash "${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/scripts/workspace-scan.sh" --project-dir "$(pwd)" --max-depth 4 $ARGUMENTS。若 docs/blueprint/manifest.json 缺失则停止并提示非 blueprint 根目录，建议 /blueprint:init。脚本拒绝在 workspaces.role == "child" 的 manifest 上运行。
适用场景：新增或移除子 blueprint、根注册表过期、迁移到 format_version 3.3.0。仅查看整体状态时改用 /blueprint:status；非 monorepo 或只需单项目详情时不适用。
限制与后续：子 manifest 低于 3.3.0 或缺少 feature-tracker.json 时，缓存统计为 null。若子项被删除，脚本会整体替换 children[]，需确认预期工作区仍在。完成后建议在根目录运行 /blueprint:feature-tracker-sync 重算使用 implemented_by 的组合 FR 状态，并以 chore(blueprint-plugin): refresh workspaces registry 提交更新。
