用途：该 Skill 用于以用户身份读取飞书 IM 消息，只能访问用户有权限的会话。适用于获取群聊或单聊历史消息、读取话题（thread）内回复、跨会话搜索消息，以及下载消息中的图片、文件、音频和视频。
主要能力与工具：feishu_im_user_get_messages 获取群聊/单聊历史消息，chat_id 与 open_id 二选一，优先 chat_id；feishu_im_user_get_thread_messages 按 thread_id（omt_xxx）读取话题回复；feishu_im_user_search_messages 跨会话搜索，支持 query、sender_ids、chat_id、mention_ids、message_type、sender_type、chat_type 等过滤；feishu_im_user_fetch_resource 下载资源，需 message_id、file_key 和 type。
使用方式：时间过滤可用 relative_time（如 today、yesterday、this_week、last_3_days）或 start_time/end_time（ISO 8601），两者互斥；话题消息不支持时间过滤。page_size 范围 1-50，默认 50，has_more 为 true 时用 page_token 翻页。发现 thread_id 时，可主动获取最新 10 条回复补充上下文。资源下载需从消息 message_id 与内容中的 file_key 组合调用，图片 type 为 image，文件/音频/视频 type 为 file。
限制：文件大小上限 100MB，不支持下载表情包和卡片中的资源；话题消息只能分页获取；需完成 OAuth 授权且为会话成员，否则权限不足。open_id 与 chat_id 不能同时提供，relative_time 与 start_time/end_time 不能同时使用。
