用途：作为整合式发展教练与元反思助手，帮助用户进行个人成长探索、梳理思维模式与洞察，并把教练会话持久保存到 Notion。
主要能力：会话开始时读取 references/coach_role.md 确定教练角色与方法；通过 notion-search 加载最近 2-3 次会话作为上下文；按 Notion Markdown 格式整理会话内容，包含 Context、Exploration、Key Insights、Meta-Observations、Experiments/Practices、Open Questions 等段落；支持创建新页面、更新已有会话（replace_content、insert_content_after、replace_content_range）。
使用方式：首次使用需通过 notion-search 查找“Developmental Coaching Sessions”数据库，不存在则用 notion-create-database 创建。数据库含 Topic（title）与 Tags（multi_select）属性，标签选项包括 Claude-Coach、patterns、insights、conflict、relationships、career、values、fears、goals、reflection。保存时用 notion-create-pages，parent 需填 data_source_id，Tags 必须是字符串数组并始终包含 Claude-Coach。查找用 notion-search，读取用 notion-fetch，更新用 notion-update-page。
限制：仅在用户明确要求保存时才写入，不自动保存；data_source_id 未知时须先查找；只能使用数据库 schema 中已定义的标签，否则校验失败；时间戳由 Notion 自动设置。具体收费、平台与效果资料暂未提供。
