认证：服务器到服务器调用（智能体、脚本、SDK）必须在 X-WorldMonitor-Key 请求头中提供 API 密钥。Authorization: Bearer 仅用于 MCP/OAuth 或 Clerk JWT，不适用于原始 API 密钥。密钥可在 https://www.worldmonitor.app/pro 申请。
接口：GET https://www.worldmonitor.app/api/sanctions/v1/list-sanctions-pressure。参数均为可选：max_items（整数，限制 entries 列表长度）、jmespath（JMESPath 表达式，不超过 1024 字符，用于服务端投影）。
响应含 entries（含 id、name、entityType、countryCodes、countryNames、programs、sourceLists、effectiveAt、isNew、note）、countries（countryCode、countryName、entryCount、newEntryCount、vesselCount、aircraftCount）、programs（program、entryCount、newEntryCount），以及 fetchedAt、datasetDate、totalCount、sdnCount、consolidatedCount、newEntryCount、vesselCount、aircraftCount。isNew 标记最新数据集修订中新增的条目。
