用途：taku-reflect 是手动调用的反思技能，用于把用户明确想保留的经验记录下来，供后续会话复用，并提供周度回顾与技能固化能力。
主要能力：三种模式。Learn（默认）捕获学习条目，类型含 pattern、pitfall、preference、discovery，各带 /high、/medium、/low 置信度；条目存于 .taku/learnings/{project-slug}.jsonl，字段包括 id、timestamp、type、context、learning、action、apply_when、status。Retro 分析团队交付情况，支持 --retro、--retro 14d、--retro 30d，报告存 .taku/retros/。Write Skill 把反复出现的模式固化为技能。
使用方式：所有学习文件操作走 scripts/learnings.py，例如 add、search、prune、export、bootstrap-check、bootstrap-install。示例：python3 <path-to-this-skill>/scripts/learnings.py add --project-root . --type preference/high --context "..." --learning "..." --action "..." --task-types feature,refactor --keywords plan,design。修剪示例：python3 <path-to-this-skill>/scripts/learnings.py prune --project-root . --days 30。
限制：/taku-reflect 为手动触发，未显式调用不得创建或更新长期学习条目；自动召回只作上下文，不得创建、编辑或修剪。修剪不自动删除，需用户选择 Remove/Keep/Update。升级到 AGENTS.md、CLAUDE.md 或新技能必须用户确认，绝不自动写入。项目引导仅在用户明确同意后执行 bootstrap-install。
适用场景：需要跨会话保留偏好、坑点与代码库洞察，或做基于 git 证据的周度回顾时使用。
