用途：为 Script Kit 智能体提供任务跟踪与协调能力，适用于使用问题跟踪系统、管理 beads 或协调多智能体工作时。
目录结构：.hive/ 下含 issues.jsonl（任务跟踪）与 memories.jsonl（语义学习记录）。
Issue 记录格式包含 id、title、status、priority、issue_type、created_at、updated_at、parent_id、dependencies、labels、comments 等字段。枚举：issue_type 为 epic|task|bug|feature|chore；status 为 open|in_progress|blocked|closed；priority 为 0 严重、1 高、2 中、3 低。
主要能力（MCP 命令，资料明确建议不要用 CLI）：查询用 hive_query(...)、hive_ready()；创建用 hive_create(...)、hive_create_epic(...)；更新用 hive_start({id})、hive_update({id,...})；完成用 swarm_complete(...)（而非 hive_close()）。
强制生命周期：swarmmail_init() → hive_start() → 在 25/50/75 处报告进度 → swarm_complete()。进度通过 swarm_progress 上报，含 project_key、agent_name、bead_id、status、progress_percent、message、files_touched。文件预留用 swarmmail_reserve，含 paths、reason、exclusive。相关日志字段包括 correlation_id、duration_ms、bead_id、agent_name、files_touched。
限制与反模式：不要跳过 swarmmail_init()（工作不会被跟踪）；不要用 hive_close()（会破坏预留释放），应使用 swarm_complete()；不要编辑未预留文件，先预留；不要在未通过验证门禁时提交；不要跳过 25/50/75 进度更新。被阻塞时通知协调者并将 bead 标记为 blocked（附具体原因）。范围变更需请求许可，不得静默超出已预留文件。提交前检查：check/clippy/test 通过、仅修改已预留文件、bead 状态已更新、进度已报告、相关处含 correlation ID。
