用途：本技能原用于通过手写 curl 配方管理 youtrack.jetbrains.com，现已被标记为废弃，所有操作改由 youtrack 技能覆盖，该技能通过仓库固定的 Bun 包装器驱动 .agents/skills/youtrack/scripts/youtrack.ts，使用时应阅读其 SKILL.md 并改用其命令。
替换原因：CLI 从 YOUTRACK_TOKEN 或操作系统原生凭据存储解析令牌，令牌无需导出到 shell 环境；请求体经 stdin 传递而非写入 mktemp 临时文件，因此无需额外写入审批、也无需清理临时文件；两个可复用的审批前缀（… youtrack.ts read 与 … youtrack.ts write）覆盖全部操作面，读写分离使变更成为显式决定；ID、链接方向、标签名和自定义字段 $types 均由 CLI 解析，无需每次调用手工拼装。

限制：CLI 未覆盖上传附件、组查找、敏捷看板和项目管理工作，这些需另行审批的 API 调用。旧建议中把 project.id 作为内部数字 ID（如 JEWEL 的 22-1758）已过时，CLI 使用项目简称创建工单。JEWEL 项目要求创建时提供 Type 与 State 自定义字段，Priority 也是必填，但仅 Jewel 团队成员可设置。关于工单状态流转与发布，参见 pr-guide.md（提交信息中引用 YouTrack 工单的 PR 约定）和 releasing-guide.md（涉及 YouTrack 工单跟踪的发布流程）。
