认证与约定：基础地址为 https://api.iblai.app；每个请求需带请求头 Authorization: Api-Token $IBLAI_API_KEY。路径变量：{org}=$IBLAI_ORG，{username}=$IBLAI_USERNAME，{mentor} 为智能体唯一 id（如 d17dc729-60fd-4363-81a0-f67d9318b03e）。若尚未连接，先运行 /iblai-api-login 以填充 IBLAI_ORG、IBLAI_USERNAME 与 IBLAI_API_KEY。
读取：GET https://api.iblai.app/dm/api/ai-mentor/orgs/{org}/users/{username}/mentors/{mentor}/settings/，Advisory 文本位于 disclaimer 字段；GET 同路径下的 users/{username}/disclaimers/?mentor_id={mentor}&scope=mentor 获取用户协议列表，results[0] 为当前生效协议。
写入：PUT …/users/{username}/mentors/{mentor}/settings/ 保存 Advisory 文本，仅发送 disclaimer 键，其余设置不变。POST …/users/{username}/disclaimers/ 创建用户协议，字段含 content（必填）、mentors（uuid 数组）、scope、active。PATCH …/users/{username}/disclaimers/{id}/ 可更新 content 或切换 active。
限制与注意：User Agreement 是需用户单独接受的对象，每个智能体应仅激活一条（active: true），其余用 PATCH active: false 停用；协议列表需用 mentor_id 加 scope=mentor 过滤，当前协议为 results 首项。官方未提供的价格、平台支持等事实暂未提供。
