认证与约定：基础地址为 https://api.iblai.app；每个请求都需带请求头 Authorization: Api-Token $IBLAI_API_KEY。路径变量中 {org} 对应 $IBLAI_ORG，{username} 对应 $IBLAI_USERNAME，{mentor} 为智能体唯一 id（例如 d17dc729-60fd-4363-81a0-f67d9318b03e）。工具写入通过智能体设置端点 PUT …/mentors/{mentor}/settings/ 发送工具 slug 集合。若尚未连接，先运行 /iblai-login 以填充 IBLAI_ORG、IBLAI_USERNAME 和 IBLAI_API_KEY。
读取：GET https://api.iblai.app/dm/api/ai-mentor/orgs/{org}/users/{username}/mentors/{mentor}/available-tools/ 获取可切换工具；GET https://api.iblai.app/dm/api/ai-mentor/orgs/{org}/mentors/{mentor}/settings/ 获取当前已启用的工具 slug。

限制与注意：tool_slugs 表示完整的启用集合，未包含在数组中的 slug 会被禁用；写入前应先从 available-tools/ 端点获取有效 slug；将 can_use_tools 设为 false 可完全关闭工具而不清空 slug 集合。其他功能、收费与平台支持情况暂未提供。
