用途：在 wt 工作项已落地（wt-land 验证分支已合并并清理）或经用户明确指示丢弃后，执行最终复盘关卡，把经验沉淀为结构化学习产物。不用于跟踪进行中状态，那属于 <git-common-dir>/wt/tasks、task-runs 与 workflows。
主要能力：以 TOML 记录标题、日期、kind、target、outcome、commit、skills、tags，以及 context、metrics、evidence、keep、problem、try 等分段；可写 action_candidates（含 owner、status、promote_to、done_when）与 harness_tuning（含 lesson、owner、target_file、target_section、change、rationale、status），用于把教训转化为永久性行为改进。
使用方式：文件路径为 <git-common-dir>/wt/retrospectives/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.toml，一个工作项一个文件；拆分时用 related_retrospective 交叉链接。先确认工作项已关闭，再决定范围、按格式起草、对照 README.md 校验，并检查 try 项可采纳性。默认不提交文件，除非用户要求。
适用场景：多 PR 周期、工作流批次、修复与热修序列、丢弃等；当用户明确说 retrospect 或引用 retrospectives 目录时使用。
限制：复盘是学习产物而非执行状态，不得写入 TaskDocument/TaskRun/Workflow 状态；未来产品想法放 <git-common-dir>/wt/ideas/；无有效 keep/problem/try 时应跳过，仅复述 diff 属噪音。
