用途：为项目寻找并应用 Commons（joincommons.cc）上的设计风格，把选中的设计作为项目设计系统。适用于用户说“find me a design”“style my app”“make it look good”等场景。
主要能力：静默扫描项目技术栈、现有样式与产品类型；通过 Commons API 搜索候选设计（GET https://joincommons.cc/api/items?q={keywords}&limit=10 等）；下载缩略图本地预览；分两轮收敛用户偏好（先 5 个风格多样候选，再 3 个细化候选）；保存品味档案到 .commons/taste.json 及 ~/.commons/global-taste.json；预览应用效果；安装设计产物并生成框架令牌。
使用方式：按阶段执行。Phase 0 静默扫描，不输出发现内容。Phase 1 搜索并下载缩略图，可用 python skills/find-designs/scripts/download_thumbnails.py --slugs "slug-1,..."，无 Python 时用 mkdir -p .commons/previews 与 curl -sL "{cardThumbnailUrl}" -o .commons/previews/{slug}-card.png。Phase 2 两轮偏好收敛。Phase 3 保存品味档案。Phase 4 取 GET https://joincommons.cc/api/items/{slug} 读取 DESIGN.md 做预览。Phase 5 下载 designSkillUrl、designLanguageUrl、tokensDtcgUrl 到 .commons/，并 POST https://joincommons.cc/api/items/{slug}/apply 记录安装，再按技术栈生成 Tailwind、CSS 变量或 styled-components 令牌。Phase 6 微调，Phase 7 汇报。
限制：Phase 0 必须完全静默；仅在用户选定后才读取 DESIGN.md 与 SKILL.md；Phase 0-2 只取列表元数据，不拉取 DESIGN.md；需遵守设计硬约束并避免反模式。资料未提供收费、价格与效果保证等信息。
