该技能用于通过终端操作 Halo 的主题、插件、附件、备份和瞬间。可用 --help 查看各子命令：halo theme、halo plugin、halo attachment、halo backup、halo moment。
主题方面，支持 list、current、get，以及 install（--file 本地或 --url 远程）、activate、reload、upgrade（--online 走应用商店）、delete --force。list 会标记当前激活主题；升级全部可用 halo theme upgrade --all --online --yes。

瞬间方面，支持 list、get、create --content、update、delete --force；--visible 接受 PUBLIC 或 PRIVATE，--tags 逗号分隔，--release-time 接受 ISO-8601 时间，--approved 接受 true 或 false。
安全与自动化：用 --profile 指定目标环境，用 --json 输出结构化结果，用 --force 执行非交互式破坏性操作；批量或破坏性维护前优先用 list 或 get 查看。具体定价与平台限制资料未提供。
