用途：编写一个新的图形格式（新 slug + 新内容规则），并发布到 Gooseworks 中央库，使任何智能体都能按该格式渲染。格式继承七种内置画布之一（carousel、infographic、slides、poster、story、chart、tweet）的尺寸，不支持自定义画布尺寸；若需 LinkedIn banner 1584×396 等尺寸，需修改 goose-graphics 技能包的 FORMAT_CONFIGS，超出本技能范围。
主要能力：定义内容密度规则（标题/正文字数、条目数、单面板或多面板）、排版信号、间距节奏；产出工作目录，含 gooseworks-format.json 清单和至少一张渲染示例 PNG。
使用方式：先运行 npx gooseworks formats list 或 formats search 检查是否已有社区格式；需安装 goose-graphics 技能（npx gooseworks install --claude --with goose-graphics），并安装截图依赖（cd <path>/goose-graphics/screenshot && npm install && npx playwright install chromium），登录 npx gooseworks login。渲染示例用 node <path>/goose-graphics/screenshot/screenshot.js --format <canvas-slug> --input <html> --output <png> --font-delay 1500。发布用 npx gooseworks formats publish（--yes 自动接受 slug 建议），更新用 npx gooseworks formats update <slug>。
限制：width/height 必须精确匹配七种内置画布；examples 至少 1 个，否则后端拒绝；contentRulesMd 最少 50 字符；tags 为 3–10 个小写字符串；description 20–1000 字符。退出码 0 成功、1 临时/认证错误、2 用户错误。不要将样式决策写入 contentRulesMd，也不要在清单中引用本地文件路径。
