用途：通过命令行管理 Google Cloud Identity 的身份资源，包括群组、成员关系、设备、SSO 配置与策略。
主要能力：customers 下的 userinvitations；devices 的创建、删除、查询、列表、擦除（wipe）与取消擦除（cancelWipe）；deviceUsers；groups 的创建、删除、查询、列表、查找、搜索、更新及安全设置读写；memberships；inboundOidcSsoProfiles 与 inboundSamlSsoProfiles 的增删改查；idpCredentials；inboundSsoAssignments 的增删改查；policies 的查询与列表。
使用方式：先阅读 ../gws-shared/SKILL.md 获取认证、全局标志与安全规则，缺失时运行 gws generate-skills 生成。命令格式为 gws cloudidentity <resource> <method> [flags]。调用前可用 gws cloudidentity --help 浏览资源与方法，用 gws schema cloudidentity.<resource>.<method> 查看必填参数、类型与默认值，再据此构建 --params 与 --json。
限制：创建设备仅限公司自有设备，且仅对拥有 Enterprise Standard、Enterprise Plus、Enterprise for Education 或 Cloud Identity Premium 的客户可用。取消擦除仅在设备处于 pending wipe 状态时可行。启用敏感操作多方审批时，部分操作返回 done 为 false 且状态为 awaiting-multi-party-approval。其余细节暂未提供。
