用途：在 Laravel 13 中实现后台队列任务，以 PHP Attributes 作为主要配置方式，适用于 Jobs、Listeners、Notifications、Mailables 和 Broadcast Events。
主要能力：用 #[Connection]、#[Queue]、#[Tries]、#[Timeout]、#[Backoff]、#[MaxExceptions]、#[FailOnTimeout]、#[UniqueFor]、#[DeleteWhenMissingModels]、#[Delay] 等属性声明队列元数据；通过 AppServiceProvider::boot() 中的 Queue::route() 集中路由，支持按类、接口、trait 或父类匹配，也支持 Queue::forward() 转发队列。13.x 还提供 Bus::bulk()、PreparesForDispatch 接口和 Release 中间件。
使用方式：技能要求先并行启动三个 agent 分别审计代码库、核对 L13 队列与 Queue::route() 文档、检查属性模式，实现后用 sniper 验证。生产任务需实现 failed(Throwable $e)，在数据库事务内派发时使用 ->afterCommit() 或 after_commit 连接配置，Redis 队列建议用 Horizon 监控。
限制与注意：不要混用 #[Tries] 与 public int $tries；不要在事务中未加 afterCommit 就派发；不要在构造函数中存大对象或闭包；生产环境不要用 sync 驱动。具体安装命令与价格暂未提供。
