查找 PR 编号可用 git branch 或 git log 确认本地分支，使用 GitHub CLI 时务必加 PAGER=cat： PAGER=cat gh pr list --head <branch_name> --json number,title 或按关键词搜索： PAGER=cat gh pr list --search "<keywords>" --limit 5 也可用网络搜索定位 GitHub 上的 PR。
条目模板：

仅记录面向用户的变更，避免内部实现细节（如内部类名、build 方法改动）。分区包括 General、Inspector、Performance、CPU profiler、Memory、Debugger、Network profiler、Logging、App size tool、Deep links tool、VS Code sidebar、DevTools extension、Advanced developer mode 等更新。
图片放入 packages/devtools_app/release_notes/images/，引用格式： 截图需使用深色模式。
