用途：对 review-llm-artifacts 产生的发现做第二轮验证。检测阶段偏重召回，本阶段偏重精确，避免代理删除仍被需要的代码。在完成 review-llm-artifacts（尤其全项目扫描）之后、或修复涉及删除、死代码、高风险时运行。
输入与前置：需要 .beagle/llm-artifacts-review.json；可选参数 --priority-only（先验证 dead_code 和 delete 类）、--id N（单条）。缺少审查文件时退出并提示先运行 review-llm-artifacts。需加载 review-verification-protocol（反误报纪律，含 Anti-confabulation 门）和 llm-artifacts-detection（类别判定标准）。
主要能力：硬性门控包括输入解析、先回显发现表再裁决、锁定 id 集合、裁决前取证、输出契约。每条发现先确认文件在 source_git_head 存在，再读取上下文，对未使用/死代码声明做仓库搜索（如 ripgrep_symbol、export_trace），按 checklist 记录 checks_performed，给出状态与 high/medium/low 置信度。
用法：先运行 python3 解析脚本回显每行发现并打印 ids，锁定 id 集；按默认顺序（dead_code 或 fix_action=delete 或 risk=High 优先，其余按风险降序、id 升序）逐条验证；写入 .beagle/llm-artifacts-verification.json，含 version、created_at、source_report、source_git_head、review_scope、results、summary；用 python3 -c "import json; json.load(open('.beagle/llm-artifacts-verification.json'))" 校验，确认 summary 计数与 results 一致、id 集与锁定集完全一致；最后打印汇总表并建议只对 confirmed 运行 fix-llm-artifacts。
限制与规则：不得新增问题，只裁决已有 findings[]；动态或跨仓库使用导致删除可能破坏时优先 inconclusive 而非 confirmed_issue；保留 id 原值；false_positive 仅指报告中该发现无效，不表示发现不在报告里，出现锁定集外的 id 必须停止并重新读取。工作树与 git_head 不一致时行号可能漂移。fix_action 字段原样传递，不在本技能重新验证。缺失事实暂未提供。
