用途：让智能体以只读方式访问 Monologue Notes 公开 API，用于搜索、列出、获取笔记及录音链接。公开接口为 GET /v1/public-api/notes、GET /v1/public-api/notes/{note_id}、GET /v1/public-api/notes/{note_id}/audio-url。该技能以命令行优先，适用于可运行终端命令的智能体。
安装与配置：缺少 CLI 时运行 curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/EveryInc/monologue-toolkit/main/install.sh | sh；凭据未配置时由用户本人在交互式终端运行 monologue onboarding，创建 API token。onboarding 仅限人工完成，不得要求用户在聊天中粘贴 token，也不得将 token 放入工具调用、命令参数、日志或回复。
主要命令：monologue notes list --limit 10；monologue notes list --q "customer interview"；monologue notes list --tag-id TAG_UUID；monologue notes all --updated-after 2026-01-01T00:00:00Z；monologue notes get note_123；monologue notes get note_123 --field transcript；monologue notes get --field summary note_123；monologue notes get note_123 --field recording_url；monologue notes audio-url note_123 --field audio_url。录音访问需 CLI v0.3.0 或更高版本。
检索流程：先确定主题、人物、项目、日期范围与用户时区，将相对日期转为 ISO 8601；按 recorded_at 匹配录音时间，created-after/created-before 仅用于创建时间过滤；用多个聚焦查询搜索，将列表结果视为候选，再用 get 获取并核对日期、参与者与主题；必要时用 --field transcript 或 --field summary。首次无结果可放宽条件一两次，并报告已查范围，不得据此断言不存在。
限制：只读，不得虚构创建、更新或删除接口；优先使用 CLI 而非临时 curl；不得在聊天或工具参数中请求、显示、回显、记录或传递 API token；签名链接在过期前无需 token 即可访问，应避免出现在共享回复与日志中；不得将个人笔记混入工作综合，除非用户明确要求；仅在转录支持说话者身份与承诺时才归因；说话者标签未经验证时应标注为未识别说话者。参考资料见 references/api.md 与 references/install.md。
