report-bug-ce 用于上报 compound-engineering 插件使用中遇到的缺陷，会收集结构化信息并创建 GitHub issue。
用途：引导使用者描述问题并自动整理成规范报告，提交到 EveryInc/compound-engineering-plugin 仓库。
主要能力：以问答方式收集缺陷类别（Agent、命令、技能、MCP 服务器、安装问题或其他）、受影响的具体组件名称、实际行为、预期行为、复现步骤和错误信息；自动采集环境信息，包括 uname -a、插件版本和 Agent CLI 版本。插件版本常见位置：Claude Code 为 ~/.claude/plugins/installed_plugins.json，Codex 为 .codex/plugins/ 或项目配置，其他平台查插件注册表；CLI 版本用 claude --version 或 codex --version。采集失败时记为 unknown 并继续。
使用方式：通过 /report-bug-ce 触发。报告按固定结构生成，含缺陷描述、环境（插件版本、Agent 平台与版本、OS）、实际与预期行为、复现步骤、错误信息和补充上下文。随后用 GitHub CLI 创建 issue：gh issue create --repo EveryInc/compound-engineering-plugin --title "[compound-engineering] Bug: [Brief description]" --body "[Formatted bug report]" --label "bug,compound-engineering"；标签不存在时省略 --label。创建成功后展示 issue 链接并致谢。
限制与错误处理：需先安装并认证 gh CLI，否则提示安装或登录；创建失败时展示已格式化报告供手动提交；信息缺失时重新询问该字段。该技能声明不收集个人信息、API 密钥或凭据、项目私有代码及超出基本 OS 信息的文件路径。其他平台支持和维护者响应时间等细节，资料未提供。
