用途：为 MixSeek-Core 生成编排器配置文件 orchestrator.toml，定义多个团队并行执行、经评估者打分与判定者裁决后选出最佳回答的 TUMIX（Tournament-style Mixture of Experts）配置。适用于“配置编排器”“团队竞争设置”“多团队并行执行”等请求。
前提：工作区已初始化（见 mixseek-workspace-init），已存在一个或多个团队配置文件（见 mixseek-team-config），评估配置可选（见 mixseek-evaluator-config）。
使用方式：先确认要竞争的团队、轮次（默认 2-5 轮）与每团队超时；用 ls $MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE/configs/agents/team-*.toml 查看已有团队配置；按模板生成配置并保存到 $MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE/configs/orchestrator.toml 或 orchestrator-<name>.toml；生成后必须校验：uv run python skills/mixseek-config-validate/scripts/validate-config.py $MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE/configs/orchestrator.toml --type orchestrator。
主要配置项：max_rounds（默认 5，范围 1-10）、min_rounds（默认 2，需 <= max_rounds）、timeout_per_team_seconds（默认 300，范围 10-3600）、submission_timeout_seconds（默认 300）、judgment_timeout_seconds（默认 60）；通过 [[orchestrator.teams]] 的 config 字段引用各团队配置文件。
运行：mixseek exec --config orchestrator.toml，可加 --log-level debug 或 --logfire；也可用 mixseek ui 在“执行”页面选择该文件运行。
限制与排错：团队配置路径需为相对 $MIXSEEK_WORKSPACE 的正确路径；min_rounds 不得超过 max_rounds；团队执行超时可增大 timeout_per_team_seconds、检查团队 timeout_seconds 或减少 Member Agent 数量。编排器与 evaluator.toml、judgment.toml 联动。
