用途：在 Remotion 项目的专家（experts）页面新增一位专家。
主要步骤：
- 将专家头像（正方形 PNG 格式）放到两个路径，且两处文件必须相同：packages/docs/static/img/freelancers/<firstname>.png 与 packages/promo-pages/public/img/freelancers/<firstname>.png。
- 在 packages/promo-pages/src/components/experts/experts-data.tsx 的 experts 数组中追加条目，字段包括 slug、name、image、website、x、github、linkedin、email、videocall、since、description。其中 slug 为姓名的小写连字符形式，since 设为当天日期，未使用的社交字段设为 null，条目加在数组末尾（闭合 ] 之前）。
- 在 packages/docs 目录运行 bun render-cards 渲染专家卡片，生成 packages/docs/static/generated/experts-<slug>.png，并确认输出为 “Rendered experts-<slug>” 而非 “Existed”。
