限制：资源为只读，不改变系统状态；调用交易员相关工具前须校验地址以 0x 开头；交易员分析周期为 1-90 天，排行榜用 24h/7d/30d；批量查询不超过 50 个地址；每分钟不超过 100 次请求；未确认币种符号时应先用 get_tickers 获取；get_current_position_history 需确认地址有活跃持仓，否则返回 400 错误。数据来自 Hyperbot 平台与链上数据，支持分页与过滤。收费、价格等信息暂未提供。
