ops-comms 用于在多个渠道之间统一收发消息，支持 WhatsApp、Email（Gmail）、Slack、Telegram、Discord、Notion。它根据参数或自然语言路由，例如“whatsapp”“email”“send [message] to [contact]”或“read *”。
主要能力：读取各渠道最近会话（WhatsApp 用 wacli，需先检查 ~/.wacli/.health；Email 用 Gmail 搜索 in:inbox；Slack 搜索公开与私有频道；Telegram 用 MCP 或 telegram-cli；Discord 调 bin/ops-discord read；Notion 用 notion-search）。发送前会预览并确认，WhatsApp 回复前必须读取完整会话，邮件默认先创建草稿再确认发送，Notion 评论也需预览。发送联系人时会先查找渠道，多个渠道时询问用户。
使用方式：传入渠道名、send/read 指令或自然语言即可。WhatsApp 发送示例：wacli send --to "[contact]" --message "[message]"。Discord 发送示例：${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/ops-discord send "<channel-alias>" "<message>" --json。空参数会显示已配置渠道的选择菜单。
限制：依赖各渠道的 CLI、MCP 工具或令牌配置（如 DISCORD_BOT_TOKEN、NOTION_API_KEY）；WhatsApp 未认证时需先运行 wacli auth 扫码；未配置的渠道不会显示；不同渠道的具体可用性取决于环境配置。
