主要能力：通过 Crawlora 的 Numbeo 数据获取城市明细成本，保留项目名称、单位、价格区间、last_update、贡献者数量与来源 URL；可选接入美国住房市场数据集，提供区域/物业类型等维度的中位售价与可负担性指标作为背景参考。

限制：无城市搜索/自动补全接口，需从排名或国家响应的 cities[].city_slug 获取；同名城市不视为匹配。货币符号不能证明币种，未验证汇率时只展示本地货币预算并标注换算不可用，不得混用不同币种。Numbeo 综合指数不计为额外美元支出；缺失的托儿、税费、保险、押金等保持未知而非零。众包价格区间是观测范围，非置信区间或个人报价。比较结果不构成联系中介、预订搬家公司或申请住房的授权。
