用途：Skill Installer 是面向 CodeArts 的唯一安装器技能，把四个独立安装器（superpowers-installer、office-mcp-installer、playwright-cli-installer、openspec-installer）合并为 scripts/targets/ 下的内部适配器模块，统一做安装、更新、删除和状态检查。
主要能力：通过 --target <name> 或位置参数指定目标，命令包括 init、update、delete、status，另有 list 列出所有支持目标及其作用域、命令与说明。执行前会校验目标支持的作用域与命令组合，不支持的组合会被能力门控拒绝，例如 init --target office-mcp --user 报错“office-mcp supports project scope only”。
用法示例：node scripts/installer.js list；node scripts/installer.js init --target openspec；node scripts/installer.js status；node scripts/installer.js delete --target openspec。位置简写 init openspec 等价于 init --target openspec。也可用自然语言，如“install openspec”“更新 office-mcp”“uninstall superpowers”。
作用域：--project 安装到 <project>/.codeartsdoer/skills/，状态文件 ProjectSkillStatus.txt；--user 安装到 ~/.codeartsdoer/skills/，状态文件 UserSkillStatus.txt；省略时若当前目录含 .codeartsdoer/ 则视为项目，否则为用户级。
支持目标：superpowers（project、user；init/update/delete）安装 14 个 Superpowers 技能与引导；office-mcp（project；含 status）安装 MCP 服务器（39 个 Word/Excel/PPT/PDF/OCR 工具）、技能与 MCP 配置；playwright-cli（project、user；含 status）安装 playwright-cli 技能、@playwright/cli 与 chromium 浏览器；openspec（project、user；含 status）安装 OpenSpec SDD 技能（propose/explore/apply/sync/archive）。
限制：需 Node.js（openspec 要求 ≥ 20.19.0，其余 ≥ 18）、npm、git，均为 CodeArts 已依赖项；部分目标会安装全局包或下载浏览器；支持 Windows、Linux、macOS。资料未提供收费、价格与效果信息。
