用途：为 NotebookLM 相关操作提供统一 CLI 入口，命令/op 结构返回结构化结果，供用户或 LLM 调用。独立本地运行，不依赖任何 channel 注册。
主要能力：统一入口为 python3 skills/notebooklm-cli/run.py <command> [op] [--flag value ...]。command 支持 help、auth、notebook、source、query、report、studio、raw；op 为命令内操作，不填走默认。统一返回字段包括 success、command、exit_code、stdout、stderr、hints、error。内置渐进式 help：overview（入口、环境变量、命令总览）、schema（全部命令契约，推荐机器读取）、<command>（单命令契约）、progressive（overview 加各命令契约链路）。例如 python3 skills/notebooklm-cli/run.py help --topic overview / --topic schema / --topic progressive；需要底层原生命令帮助可加 --include_cli true。
命令概览：auth 负责登录与 profile 管理（profile_delete 需 confirm=true）；notebook 支持 list/create/get/describe/rename/query/delete（delete 强制确认）；source 支持 list/add_*/get/describe/content/rename/delete（delete 强制确认）；query 为 notebook query 快捷入口；report 默认 create，强制确认，支持 format/prompt/language/source_ids；studio 支持 status/rename/delete（delete 强制确认）；raw 透传 argv。
使用方式：最小端到端示例依次为 auth check、notebook create --title、source add_url --notebook_id --url、query --notebook_id --question、report --notebook_id --confirm true、studio status --notebook_id。
限制与规则：删除前必须显式确认 confirm=true；禁止交互式 nlm chat start；raw 同样禁止 nlm chat start，delete 需 confirm=true；鉴权失败先执行 auth/login 再重试业务命令。旧别名 action、*_action 兼容，新代码统一用 command/op。其余环境变量、价格或平台支持等细节资料未提供。
