用途：Harness Orchestration Scorecard 是一个只读技能，用于可视化本会话/项目对后端（Claude=宿主 / Codex / Cursor 的委派）的活用度。记录正本为 .claude/state/orchestration-ledger.jsonl（companion 每次委派追记，Phase 90.1.1）与 .claude/state/orchestration-totals.json（会话结束/完成时幂等 roll up，Phase 90.1.2）。显示仅在按需时进行，作业中不输出；全部任务完成时 task-completed 会自动输出一次终端摘要（与本技能不同路径）。
主要能力：生成 HTML 评分卡（lifetime totals 为主角）或 3-5 行终端摘要。状态为 tri-state：used（count>0）/ available（已配置未使用）/ not-configured（binary 不存在＝中立，非故障）。委派为零时降级为 "no delegations observed"。
