spec-forge-implement

用途：Spec Forge 流水线中的实施阶段技能。在就绪（readiness）门禁通过、实现规格获批后使用，执行实际实现工作并把结果记录到每规格的实施报告中，回答改了什么、是否完成、跑了哪些验证、是否仍有阻塞项。\n\n主要能力：按已批准的 synthesis/implementation-spec.yaml 对目标代码库实施改动；更新 .spec-forge/specs/<spec-id>/synthesis/implementation-report.yaml，记录是否完成、变更摘要、改动文件、验证项及状态、剩余阻塞项；执行实施门禁检查并推进阶段。进度以聊天摘要呈现，YAML 仍为持久化事实来源，但不要求用户直接查看文件。\n\n使用方式：本技能仅在 Plan 模式运行，否则须停止并提示用户切换。开工前确认聊天语言与文件语言。先解析调用：spec-forge-cli resolve --target <target-dir> --skill spec-forge-implement --stage implement --write；随后实施改动并更新报告，渐进更新可用 spec-forge-cli artifact merge --file synthesis/implementation-report.yaml，一次性写入最终报告可用 spec-forge-cli artifact put --file synthesis/implementation-report.yaml；再运行 spec-forge-cli gate check --target <target-dir> --spec-id <spec-id> --stage implement --write 和 spec-forge-cli stage advance --target <target-dir> --spec-id <spec-id> --stage implement。\n\n限制：不得跳过就绪门禁；存在阻塞项或验证失败时不得标记实施完成；不得省略验证结果；验证失败时不得关闭流水线；须显式保留阻塞项；除工作流契约变更外，不要单独增加实施报告的审批门禁。退出条件为就绪已批准且标记 ready、implementation.completed 为 true、至少记录一项验证、无验证状态为 failed 或 error、无剩余阻塞项。实施门禁通过后可推进至 complete。
