用途：为日程与视频会议提供统一集成层，支持连接日历与视频提供方、读取忙时、写入事件与创建会议。
主要能力：日历提供方包括 google_calendar（OAuth，读 freeBusy、写事件，可用 includeConference=true 创建 Google Meet 会议）、office365_calendar（Microsoft Graph，读 freeBusy、写事件），caldav 为计划中。视频提供方包括 builtin_video（Daily.co 支持，无需 OAuth，用服务端 API key）、zoom_video（OAuth，经 Zoom REST API 创建会议）、google_meet（复用 Google Calendar 凭据）、teams_video（Microsoft 委托 OAuth，面向工作或学校账户，经 Graph 创建与取消独立会议）。
使用方式：用户点击 Connect 后 connect-calendar 返回 authUrl 与 state，跳转授权后回调，服务端换取 code 并写入 scheduling_credentials 与 oauth_tokens，再拉取日历列表供用户选择 checked 与 destination。常用命令如 connect-calendar --kind google_calendar --redirectUri ...、toggle-selected-calendar --include false、set-default-conferencing-app --credentialId <cred>、connect-video --kind teams_video --redirectUri ...、refresh-busy-times。忙时由 aggregateBusy({userEmail, rangeStart, rangeEnd}) 合并用户已确认预订与所选日历的外部忙时，结果缓存在 calendar_cache（默认 5 分钟 TTL），写入预订时失效。
限制：Teams 默认 organizations 租户，不支持个人 Microsoft 账户，仅请求 offline_access、OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite、User.Read；仅插入 teams_video 行不会授予访问权限，令牌刷新由使用方在 getAccessToken 中负责；caldav 尚未提供。新增提供方接口见 docs/providers.md。
