配置项：时间默认凌晨 4:00，时区默认系统时区，摘要投递默认主会话。
更新操作：npm/pnpm/bun 安装用 npm update -g clawdbot@latest 等；源码安装用 clawdbot update，之后运行 clawdbot doctor 应用迁移。技能更新使用 clawdhub update --all。手动检查可用 clawdhub update --all --dry-run，查看版本用 clawdhub list 和 clawdbot --version。
适用场景：需要自动维护 Clawdbot 环境与技能版本的用户。
限制：需确保 cron 已启用且 Gateway 持续运行；更新失败会在摘要中包含错误，可能涉及权限、网络或包冲突问题，需相应排查。停用可移除 cron 任务或在配置中设置 cron.enabled 为 false。
