用途：octocode-news 是面向“最近有什么新东西”类问题的技术研究技能，覆盖 AI、开发者工具、Web/JS、安全、热门仓库五个领域，默认全部纳入，时间窗口默认 7 天，深度默认 deep。
主要能力：先并行运行两个发现脚本——fetch-rss 抓取 RSS 候选池并附带各订阅源健康状态，catalog-sources 输出完整来源清单；随后按领域派生子代理并行研究，每个子代理产出自己的 {id}.json，包含条目、来源核查记录、去重提示与阻塞/过期来源。协调者负责跨领域去重、挑选 3-30 条头条 topItems、写 meta.json 并构建报告。
使用方式：先运行 yarn install（在 monorepo 根目录），生成时间戳 {ts} 并复用；发现阶段执行 yarn --cwd skills/octocode-news fetch-rss --window {window} --include-health --json-out ~/tmp/{ts}-whats-new-rss.json 与 yarn --cwd skills/octocode-news catalog-sources --json-out ~/tmp/{ts}-whats-new-catalog.json；创建 mkdir -p ~/tmp/{ts}-sections/ 后按领域写分节 JSON；最后执行 yarn --cwd skills/octocode-news build-report --section-dir ~/tmp/{ts}-sections/ --json-out ~/tmp/{ts}-whats-new.json --output ~/tmp/{ts}-whats-new.html --require-full-content --open。修改本地工具时编辑 src/ 下的 TypeScript、HTML、CSS，再用 yarn --cwd skills/octocode-news build:scripts 重新生成 scripts/。
适用场景：需要定期或按需生成多领域技术动态简报、并希望输出可校验 JSON 与可浏览 HTML 报告时。
限制：条目需基于整页内容（contentEvidence.method 为 full-page 且字符数不少于 200），页面无法抓取时可退回 rss-snippet 并记录原因；brief 深度跳过仓库验证；验证失败需修正分节 JSON 后重跑，不可跳过 --require-full-content。具体收费、平台支持与效果资料暂未提供。
