用途：该技能在用户想创建新的 Flutter 项目时使用，可按 Feature-First 架构自动搭建领域驱动的离线优先 CRUD 应用。
主要能力：支持选择 Todo、Habit、Note、Expense 或 Custom 领域，并为每个领域生成对应的 Freezed 实体、Repository/DAO、@riverpod Notifier 与列表 UI。可选择 Minimal、Essential、Full Stack 或 Custom 技术栈预设，决定是否包含 GoRouter、SharedPreferences、FPDart、Google Fonts、FluentUI Icons、Responsive Utils 与 Auth 系统。
使用方式：技能以对话方式运行，先询问文件夹名、项目名/包名、领域与预设，然后执行创建命令，例如： flutter create --platforms android,ios --android-language kotlin --org com.example [文件夹名] 之后运行 flutter pub get，按 Feature-First 结构生成代码，再执行： dart run build_runner build --delete-conflicting-outputs 随后运行 flutter analyze 检查并修复错误，最后 flutter run 启动。生成的目录结构包括 lib/src/features/{domain}/presentation、domain、data，以及 lib/src/database、lib/src/routing、lib/src/shared。
限制：技能要求使用 Riverpod 3 Code Gen（@riverpod 注解）、Freezed 3、Drift、GoRouter Typed Routes，并以 flutter analyze 零 error 为完成条件。具体收费、价格与平台支持范围暂未提供。
