用途：通过一组工具在 Notion 中搜索、读取、创建和更新页面与数据库，适用于知识沉淀、会议准备、研究记录以及将规格文档转为实施任务等场景。
主要能力：notion_search 搜索可访问的页面与数据库，query 为空返回全部，filter_type 可选 page 或 database，page_size 默认 10、最大 100；notion_fetch 以可读 markdown 一次返回页面元数据与全部块，include_block_ids 为 true 时附上块 ID；notion_create_page 创建页面，需 parent_type（database/page/workspace）、parent_id、title，可选 properties_json 数据库属性与 content_markdown 正文；notion_update_page 更新页面属性（仅元数据/数据库字段，不含正文），可 archived 归档或取消归档；notion_update_block 替换指定块内容，只取第一行 markdown；notion_append_blocks 在页面末尾追加内容块。
使用方式：查找并阅读用 notion_search 获取 ID 后再 notion_fetch；从零创建用 notion_create_page 配合 content_markdown；更新正文用 notion_append_blocks；编辑特定块先 notion_fetch(include_block_ids=True) 取得块 ID 再 notion_update_block；列出数据库用 notion_search(filter_type="database")。content_markdown 支持标题（#/##/###）、无序与有序列表、待办（- [ ] 与 - [x]）、代码块、引用、分隔线及粗体、斜体、行内代码。还可按需加载参考文件，如 skill_dispatcher("notion", reference="knowledge-capture.md") 等。
使用限制：更新正文不能用 notion_update_page，须用 notion_append_blocks；notion_update_block 仅采用单行 markdown；parent_type 为 workspace 时 parent_id 被忽略。其余如收费、价格、平台等信息暂未提供。
