使用方式： Bun：git clone https://github.com/av/pace.git → cd pace → bun install → cp config.example.yaml config.yaml → bun run dev，默认 http://localhost:7453。 Docker：docker compose up -d；或 docker build -t pace . 后运行 docker run -d -p 7453:7453 -v ./config.yaml:/app/config.yaml:ro -v pace-data:/app/data pace。预构建镜像可直接用 ghcr.io/av/pace:latest 替代 pace，无需构建。数据卷 /app/data 持久化 SQLite 数据库。 触发刷新：curl -X POST http://localhost:7453/refresh/<panel-id>。健康检查：curl http://localhost:7453/health，返回 {"status":"ok"}。
限制与注意：内容在首次适配器刷新周期后出现（refresh_interval 默认 15 分钟）。常见问题包括 config 文件缺失、YAML 错误、适配器类型拼写错误、端口占用；若 llm 块缺失或配置有误，LLM 转换会静默跳过，需补齐并重启。其余细节暂未提供。
