用途：为 VS Code 的 FF15 扩展创建或修改工作区自带的 operation 文件，并诊断工作区内的路由、占位符或路径解析问题。
主要能力：编写 .ff15/operations/*.yaml 及被引用的 .ff15/facets/** 文件；每次编辑后用内置校验脚本验证 YAML；排查 initial_step 归属、终止转换、instruction.file、output_contracts.report[].format.file 等相对路径，以及 {{ output(...) }}、{{ setting(...) }}、{{ root(...) }}、{{ facet_skill("name") }} 占位符语法。
使用方式：确认工作区根目录与目标 operation 路径；参考已有工作区 operation 或 .ff15/operations/ 下四个内置样例（idea-to-prd-and-issues.yaml、shiritori-smoke-test.yaml、github-issue-to-openspec-dev.yaml、idea-to-openspec-dev.yaml）；文件引用保持相对 operation YAML；步骤仅含 name、agent、instruction、output_contracts、rules；校验命令：node .claude/skills/ff15-workspace-operation-customization/scripts/validate-operation-yaml.mjs .ff15/operations/<file>.yaml，可传多个文件或整个目录，Windows 与 WSL 通用，无需额外安装。
限制：内置目录只加载四个 builtin operation，不索引任意工作区 YAML，因此工作区 operation 不会出现在内置选择器中，只能通过 operation loader 直接引用执行；运行时 loader 较宽松，会静默跳过未知字段、缺失 rules、非 Noctis 的 initial_step 及未解析的 instruction.file，校验脚本是唯一能捕获这些问题的权威；不要编辑 .ff15/operations/.ff15-managed-operations.json，否则工作区文件可能被删除；缺少 node 会阻塞校验；不支持的旧字段与未解析文件引用视为阻塞。
