用途：审查 DSA 题库覆盖情况，找出缺口并生成新 YAML 题目提案，供人工审核。
主要能力：定位 plugins/gauntlet/data/problems/ 题库，读取 _manifest.yaml 获取各分类期望的 NeetCode 数量；统计各 YAML 文件中的题目数；运行分析脚本生成报告；按缺口从大到小排序；为缺口分类提出符合 schema 的新条目，并校验提案。
使用方式：手动调用 Skill(gauntlet:gauntlet-curate)。运行：cd plugins/gauntlet 后执行 python scripts/curate_problems.py data/problems/ --output /tmp/gauntlet-curate-report.md。提案校验使用 python -c 调用 BankProblem.from_dict()。报告包含覆盖表、缺口列表、YAML 模板和提案区。
适用场景：题库需要覆盖审查时；参与 /update-plugins 运行（尚未接入该命令）。不适用于标注代码库（用 gauntlet:curate）或重建知识库（用 gauntlet:extract）。
限制：绝不直接修改 data/problems/ 下文件；脚本无 --write 或 --fix 标志；所有输出仅为提案报告，需人工批准；现有手工题目不会被改动。题目 schema 必填 id、title、difficulty、prompt，difficulty 可选 easy、medium、hard、extra_hard，challenge_type 可选 explain_why、multiple_choice、trace、code_complete、debug、rank。
